I used this because I get a lot of cherry angiomas. POOF! They're gone. Also works well on small dark moles. I haven't tried any large ones yet as I want to get checked by a dermatologist first. Also worked on some spider veins. Not sure if I would tackle a large tattoo with this device. Definitely do small sections at a time if you choose to do so.

Don't waste thousands of dollars of Laser Tattoo Removal, I only started using this pen 3 weeks ago and 1 of 5 of my tattoos is almost gone, and I only did it once, the only downfall to this product is the button you have to press is on the side which make it hard to see when you are hitting the tattoo. Definitely this product works, when all of my tattoos are gone.

The eye wear that comes with it is for the patient. Not for the person using the pen. I suggest going to a tanning salon and buying a pair of tanning goggles to wear while operating the laser pen or it will severely damage your eyes. All you do is set the Inten level to the comfort of the patient. The Fre/Hz button is the frequency. 9 is the lowest. Best to start with 9 and work up as you learn to use the pen. Do not let the laser sit on the skin more than 3 seconds in the same place. Try every 3 days. The 1st time will seem like nothing happened. Wait 3 days to see if scabbing starts. Never peel the scabs or you'll scar. After they heal then do another treatment with the pen if needed. Continue after healing until gone. Tattoos take many sessions. Dark spot should only take one.

Had some pain at first but the more I used it the better it got and had it on the lowest settings so as the more I use it I will turn it up and I will probably get use to the settings as I go. Did a very good job for my first time!

Great product. I purchased it to get rid of a skin tag on my neck and a few raspberry moles on my arms. It's easy to use and well-made. I would definitely recommend the product and will buy it again for friends and family.

Used it the same day it arrived, had a few video lessons on what to do, and I am so very happy to say finally those nasty ugle moles are gone as well as those skin tags that reared their ugliness thus I once again will be a handsome male that the people desire. In my opinion, this pico laser pen is the BEST invention ever!!! I can understand that many users got frustrated for not getting much info on the instruction however, given that the number of things it can do , the cost of this laser and the total amount you get to save from getting sessions done by a professional, I think some reviewers are just too harsh on their feedback! Can I just point out that when you get something done by a professional (ie: removing tattoos, moles, freckles, pigmentation etc), you can’t expect to have one session and it will cure it all! Depending on the size or the severity of the area of treatment, most people will need several sessions (if not more) to see results! And just by calculating the cost of each treatment say $300 a session x 4 times vs the cost of this pico pen ?? The fact that you can have as many times done as possible and at the comfort of your home !

This product does what it says...it removes tattoos and skin spots. The directions are confusing but videos are on YouTube. I have a ring that that I have spent $450 for three laser removal sessions. The last one did very little, so I tried this. The firat treatment appears to have removed about 10% more and it didn't hurt nearly as much. I also tried this on a few skin growths and they are now gone. Wear glasses to avoid eye damage and ear plugs if loud beeping bothers you. Those last two aren't a reason to give a poor review...Happy with my purchase and I would recommend.
